About Linda McLaughlin
Linda was born, raised and educated in the west end of Ottawa and has been active in the real estate market since 1989. During that time Linda has established an extensive client base and a solid knowledge of the real estate market. She has lived in the Woodroffe area, the former Nepean, Centretown, Dunrobin shores, the Glebe, Alta Vista and now resides on the beautiful Ottawa River in Britannia. Linda's personal real estate portfolio includes purchasing new homes, renovating, remodelling, and building. Linda’s qualifications include an extensive knowledge of the principals of mortgage financing and in the principles of law and real estate evaluations.
Linda is a member of the Real Estate Board of Ottawa, the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association. Over her 19 years of selling real estate she has been renowned for giving her clients service with caring, patience and strong negotiating skills. Over the years Linda has passed down the benefits of her spouses General Contracting to her clients. This added service enhanced her client’s transactions to prepare them in their selling and buying decisions. Taking away worry and instills confidence in the product.
She enjoys time with her family, pursuing her interests in golf, skiing, swimming and dancing. She is an active member of the Royal Ottawa Golf Club and has served on numerous committees.
