Pascal was raised and educated in the beautiful city of Ottawa. With no family car growing up, bussed, walked and biked everywhere and knows Ottawa like the back of his hand.

Since his first job as a ski instructor for toddlers, Pascal realized he had a gift for great customer service and a desire to dedicate his work to making a big impact on people's lives.
